Stacey brings a lifelong connection to real estate and a deeply personal understanding of the Raleigh market to every client she serves. From owning and managing rental properties with her husband to supporting custom home building throughout the area, real estate is woven into nearly every aspect of her life. Her expertise spans buying, selling, and building—allowing clients to feel confidently guided at every stage of the process.
Stacey consistently maintains a multi-million-dollar annual sales volume and is recognized for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach. She is married to second-generation custom home builder Joey Jacobs of Jacobs Building Company and is the proud mother of two adult children, Brandon and Summer. Brandon and his lovely wife, Abby are both hard-working pilots and her daughter, Summer is a Realtor and part of her real estate team. Outside of real estate, Stacey is an animal lover with two rescue dogs, Bailey and Lady, a grand dog Doberman, Zara, and two grand kitties, Sheriff and Missy.
