Mary was born in San Antonio, Texas and grew up in a family deeply committed to preserving historic neighborhoods. As a young child she became keenly aware of the unique architecture and style of the grand, historic homes built during the Gilded Age in the neighborhood where she lived. She graduated from Trinity University with a B.A. in Education. Mary possesses the attributes of an experienced realtor, a mind for business, an eye for architectural beauty and a unique ability to quickly connect to people. She holds a strong commitment to her clients.
She is able to help her buyers develop a realistic list, of “must have vs. would like to have,” to help buyer’s search for the right property. She is able to help her sellers see and understand the importance of presentation and pricing to move their property in a fast paced market. Mary’s clients benefit from her lifelong appreciation of architecture, design and detailed staging. She loves to collaborate and maximize the presentation of our property listings. Mary has two children, Christina and Page. Christina was a graduate of Ravenscroft and Page was a graduate of NC State. She is the founding president of Wildwood Green Women’s Club, and a member of the Women’s Club of Raleigh. She has given freely of her leadership skills serving on a local Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Historical Association, and enjoyed volunteering with the Junior League.
